FX Supervisor
You lead the FX work of a whole show. Create explosions, fire, smoke, debris, destruction and water for large-scale action.
What you will do
- Explosions, fire and smoke
- Destruction and debris
- Water and particles with clean render passes for comp
What we are looking for
- 8+ years in visual effects for feature films or high-end series, with at least two shows as a supervisor or lead
- Plans the FX approach of a show with the VFX supervisor, sets the look and the standards, reviews every FX shot before delivery
- Confident communication in English with directors, producers and clients
- Houdini simulations: Pyro, RBD, FLIP, Vellum
- Real-world physics and scale
- Reusable setups (HDA) and optimisation
- English at B1 level or higher: all communication inside the company is in English
